What Does My Biopsy Report Indicate?
I am a 30 years old woman. My uterus and left overy is removed. Because my uterus is enlarged than in side a tumors or left overy is damaged because some cyst is overys inside. My biopsy report is ... Tissue from the uterus for HPE. Macroscopic Description: brownish black tissue. And Number three report is : section shows the structure of Leiomyoma of uterus. I do not understand the biopsy report Please help me.

your histopathologial report of uterus shows that you had tumor called leiomyoma.
Leiomyomas of the urterus (or uterine fibroids) are benign tumors that arise from the overgrowth of smooth muscle and connective tissue in the uterus.
it is benign nature and already has been removed.so no need to worry about it.

For growth in uterus tissue had been sent to laboratory for histopathology examination after surgery
So let me know you your biopsy report showing leiomyoma Morphology of tumour
Leiomyoma is Benign tumour of uterus.(benign tumour of smooth muscle)
If tumour is malignant then we have to worry for cancer
But this is Benign tumour as per history, so don't worry
