What Does My Blood Test Report For Hepatitis Suggest?

hello! I had blood works recently as requirements to work in Ksa but unluckily i found out that Im infected.Here are my results.
hbsag=482.5
anti Hbc =0.01
HbeAg = 1014
Igm anti-HBc =0.07
I want to know if acute or chronic hepatitis.What treatment to take?

The treatment of acute hepatitis b is conservative like, bed rest, low fat diet, no alcohol consumption, proteinaceous diet. for chronic hepatitis antiviral drugs are given to reduce the load of virus, vaccination of the contacts, other things are common as in active hepatitis.
