Hi
In my opinion all the parameters in blood reports are within normal limits except for Hemoglobin which is low.
You can discuss with your consulting doctor regarding the supplements to increase the hemoglobin. Before that get a peripheral smear examination done to find out the type of anemia.
There is no need for concern regarding your weight as it is appropriate for height.
