What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

can anyone interpret this plssss
rbc's shows marked degree of hypochromic red cells with tear dropped and pencil shaped cells. dimorphic red cell population is noted . no inclusions seen
wbc is normal in number few polymorphs shows toxic granulation. platelets slightly decreased in number with normal morphology

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood report is as follows:
The red blood cells are microcytic and hypochromic.
There is variation in sixes of red blood cells, cells varying from pencil shaped to tear drop shaped.
All these types of cells are seen in iron deficiency anemia.
You need to consult your doctor for prescription of iron supplements.

White blood cells (WBCs) show presence of neutrophilia and presence of toxic granules.
neutrophilia and toxic granules suggest presence of infection.
Slightly decreased platelet counts with normal morphology is not of much consequence.
