What Does My Blood Test Result Indicate About The Muscle And Joint Pain?

Hello ... I am trying to find a link to my lab results ... I have an elevated see rate, elevated d-dimer, low ferritin and iron, aches in my muscles and joints even after brief periods of rest, better when active, fatigue, hx of pulmonary embolisms ... Ct normal now

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The elevated D-dimers in blood suggests recurrence of embolic phenomenon.
Since, you have a history of pulmonary embolism, the presence of D-dimers suggests that embolism is occurring again, it can be pulmonary or extra-pulmonary.
You need to consult your treating doctor for assessment of coagulation profile especially PT/INR.
Some modification of the drugs may be required.

Low iron and low ferritin suggests iron deficiency anemia.
