What Does My Coronary Angiography Report Indicate?
What does my coronary angiography report indicates? EF %: 35-40% L.M: Normal LAD:90-95% long lesion of mid segment LCX:no significant disease RCA: Dominant vessel 50-60% concentric lesion of proximal segment Final diagnosis: 2VD moderate LV dysfunction Recommendations: PCI to LAD(DES) then MPS for RCA. Regards Tariq
As per my clinical experience, the stenosis of above 70% is usually symptomatic with various presentation as: - Vague chest discomfort - Palpitation, gabhraman - Uneasiness, low hemoglobin - Exacerbation with underlying precipitating factors as smoking, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia or others
As the lesion is of 90% of mid segment of left circumflex coronary artery, definite intervention is mandatory in terms of either balloon angioplasty or bypass surgery as per the evaluation of treating cardiologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
