I recently had a cystoscopy and under one of the findings it said :Bladder Trabeculation-comment:likely sig RU.The person (specialist) did not mention that I had this and inferred that, in fact that my bladder was normal In fact he articulated this comment. The way it is written on the cystoscopy report (as above) seems to be inconclusive??? I have suffered with BPH for years and have been taking tamsulosin and Dutasteride and more recently changed to finasteride. However no medical person, including specialists mentioned the possibility of Trabeculation, nor it s tendency to cause recurring infection and other long term and /or other more serious problems. I have elected to have TURP on my prostate. My questions are :a/is this treatable in a manner to prevent symptoms, serious or not.. b/Is it a condition that can improve or become healed, without treatment of any description, apart from the TURP. In your opinion are they saying that I have it or that it may be likely. I realise this may be difficult for you to be profound in your response, but would appreciate any comments. Regards B. YEXLEY.
