Since you are getting a follicular scan, I am presuming you are seeing a doctor for fertility issues and have been suggested an injection to increase your chance of conception. For this, the injection has to given when either one of your ovary shows a large dominant follicle (about to/ likely to ovulate; large follicle, size more than 20 mm). Since the right ovary now has a dominant follicle (Right Ovary Dominant Follicle, RODF) larger than 20 mm, it is probably a suitable time for injection. You should consult your doctor. Rest of the report sounds normal. Best of luck.
