Impression From intravenous Urogram
Nonvisualizing left pyelogram and left uterogram up to the 2- hour film, consistent with obstructing distal left uretolith.
Essentially unremarkable right excretory uogram.
Possible uterine compression of the distal right ureter and urinary bladder.

1.The urogram is procedure done to for assessment of renal function ureter and bladder.
2.IV contrast is injected according to the body weight.
3.Indicated in the cases of renal calculus, obstructive pathology, non functional kidney.
4.In your case left kidney does not show contrast enhancement probably due to obstruction which is seen in the scout / plain film.Right kidney shows normal function.
5.Treatment will be breaking the stones different procedures are there. Good luck.
