Hi, I just had a pelvic scan and the report states: a bulky anteverted non gravid uterus which measures 9.0cm x 5.9cm x 7.4cm in side with anteriorly sited fibroid mass measuring 3.5cm x 4.2cm and a mixed echogenic content with an appearance of irregular shaped intrauterine gestational sac without a demonstrable fetal note within it is demonstrable. No gross evidence of pelvic fluid collectio or adnexa mass.
Hi, Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic. According to the report you have a bulky uterus with a fibroid within it. The second part of the report is not clear because first it mentions non-gravid uterus then it mentions gestational sac and finally no fetal parts. So its confusing. What is your age? Are you trying to conceive. If yes, then you should repeat the scan after a week or two and check for fetal parts. If you are older and not expecting to conceive, I suppose you are having some collection in your endometrial cavity so you should go and consult your gynaecologist. If you have further doubts, you can contact me with more details about your history. Would be happy to help. Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
