The Ultrasound scan shows possibility of mass in the uterus, like endometriosis or adenomyosis. This will possibly need medication or surgical intervention for treatment.
Your PAP smear results says no cancer but only mild infection. Drink plenty of water. Antibiotics can eradicate infection. Do consult your Doctor in this regard.
