Hello

Your semen analysis suggests almost azoospermia(absence of sperm in semen),with semen infection.
Normal sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Infection is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells.You may need antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report

Besides proper clinical examination,you need proper investigations for azoospermia.It include routine hemogram,RBS,hormone analysis.
Azoospermia can be both obstructive or non-obstructive in nature.

Treatment depend upon findings.
