Few pus cells are acceptable.Culture of semen can be done.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations. You need routine hemogram,RBS. You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.
You may need assisted fertilization techniques if condition persists.Your partner also need proper evaluation.
