Dear Sir,
I got married since seven months but my wife did not got pregnent.I performed all related test of my wife. But doctor suggest me for semens analysis i take this test. Kindly tell me about my semense analysis test report. My Report is under

Hello
Report suggests borderline decreased sperm motility.Motility should be at least 55 %.
Your sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Few pus cells are acceptable.Culture of semen can be done.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS.
You should take nutritious diet and do exercise.
You may need assisted fertilization techniques if condition persists.Your partner also need proper evaluation.
