Hello doctor, This is my Semen test analysis.
Appearance: Greyish White,
Volume:4.2ml,
Total Sperm Count:20 millions/ml
Reaction:Alkaline
Fructose: PRESENT
Viscosity: Normal

MOTILITY
Active:5%
Sluggish:80%
Non-Motile:15%
Morphology10%
Pin Head:40%
Giant head:60%
Others:
Pus Cells:2-3/hpf
RBCs: NIL

Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

Your sperm count is normal .

But only 10% have a normal morphology , normally it should be more than 14% .

Only 5% of sperms are actively motile , normally it should be more than 50%.

You need to get Scrotal Doppler scan , Serum Testosterone test and serum Prolactin to know why your semen analysis is abnormal . Also you need to be stated on TAb Paternia , Ask your doctor for prescription .
