What Does My Sperm Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor,
My sperm analysis is
Sperms count = 22 millions/ml, liquefaction time = 20 mins, Reaction =Alkaline, Motility : Active = 20% Slugglish = 10% Non motile = 65%, Other findings : Pus Cells 6-8/HPF, EP Cells 2-4/HPF. And Tails=Normal. Please let me know.
Blood test
VDRL= Negative
RBS=93 mg/dl

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your semen analysis report suggest that you have low sperm count. Your sperm motility is also below normal. You have asthenozoospermia. Its very difficult to conceive naturally with this count and motility. You should go for in vitro fertilization or other artificial insemination techniques.
