What Does My Spinal MRI Report Mean?

Can you provide what next steps should be for the following MRI results?:

L4-5 an annular tear and right paracentral disc protrusion indenting the ventral thecal sac and impinging on the descending right L5 root. The central canal is mildly narrowed at this level. Foramina are also mildly narrowed. There is facet degenerative change.

L3-4 Mild facet degenerative disease, otherwise negative

L2-3 Mild facet degenerative disease. No central canal or foraminal stenosis.

L5-S1 A small annular tear and shallow disc bulge are identified. There is no central canal or formal stenosis.
