I was diagnosed with cervical kyphosis, probably positional. There is a broad base posterior C3/C4 disc bar indenting the theca but, no evidence of cord or focal nerve root compression. There is a focal left parasigittal C6/C7 disc bar indenting the theca but, no evidence of cord or focal nerve root compression. Conclusion: Degenerative changes of C3/C4 and C6/C7 discs but, no evidence of cord or focal nerve root compressions.
hi, thanks for calling HCM, this report indicates that you have some painful changes in your neck spine, it seems due to bad habits like long standing office work, on computer or TV, anyway from the reports it means that you have neck muscle spasm with two disc changes but not affecting your spinal cord and nerves seriously, so you have to consult your neurologist to give muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory and may be advice for some rest and physiotherapy, I hope that you are satisfied by this answer , hoping you to get well soon, regards Dr. AYMAN
