General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

An appendectomy must be done. There is fecolith which is nothing but a stone inside the appendicular lumen and thus surgery is a must. Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
