General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Cysts are present in ovary which can be confined to ovaries or part of polycystic ovarian disease. The size can fluctuate due to hormones fluctuations during cycle. If cysts are causing pressure symptoms, may need surgical removal. For that laproscopic surgieres are preferred. You can consult a gynecologist for that.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
