both breasts show heterogeneous echopattern. no mads lesion or calcification seen. no evident ductal dilatation or skin thickening noted retroareolar and axillary area are unremarkable.

You have absolutely normal reports. Though both breasts show heterogeneous echo texture,there are no signs of pathology in either breasts. There is no e/o abnormal lesion or calcification. No evident ductal dilatation or skin thickening noted Retroareolar and axillary area are also normal. Hope i have answered your query.
