What Does My Urinalysis Findings Below Indicate?

Last Nov. 5, when I had low grade fevers of 37.6 to 37.8 C, I had a urinalysis. Result: Sp G: 1.019, Occult blood: slight trace, Protein: trace, WBC: 10-15/hpf, RBC: 1-3/hpf, epithelial cells: many, mucus threads: few, bacteria: few, amorphous urates: few. I took Ciprofloxacillin 500mg for 10 days for UTI. Last Nov. 15, I had a urinalysis again. SP G 1.022, Occult blood: slight trace, Protein: Trace, WBC: 0-2/hpf; RBC: 2-4/hpf, Epithelial Cells: few, Mucus Threads: Moderate, Amorphous Urates: Few.
Is there still something wrong?

Latest report suggests improvement in the status of UTI.
This indicated by decreased number of pus cells in urine.
Only abnormal findings is still presence of RBC in urine.Hope this will improve.You should drink lot of water.
Other findings are within normal limit.
Trace amount of protein is normally found in urine.
Mucus threads and amorphous urates are also normally found in urine.
