What Does My Urinalysis Indicate?
Hi Dr. I'm 25 yrs old, just received my urinalysis result. can you please interpret these results? color: straw, transparency: clear, specific gravity: 1.010, pH: 6.5, protein: trace, glocuse: negative, wbc: 2-5/HPF, rbc: 1-2/HPF, epithelial cells: moderate.?

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by presence of WBC,epithelial cells,RBC,protein in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
