Welcome to HCM. Your urine report is perfectly normal. I guess by rare bacteria they mean scanty bacteria which is of no concern. What you see in your panties may be normal vaginal discharge and you need not be alarmed by it. If the vaginal discharge is clear and not foul smelling, then it is normal discharge and nothing to worry about. Wish you all the best.
