I am 31 weeks pregnant and it's my first baby , my urine test RBC 2-4 hpf ; pus cells 17-25 hpf ; epithelial cells plenty ; a.urates moderate ; mucus + ; bacteria + ; albumin trace ; sugar negative ; reaction 7.5 ; color yellow ; transparency sl.turbid ; sp. gravity 1.005

Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Pus cells and plenty of epithelial cells are high indicating urinary tract infection.
2. Bacteria are also seen along with increased turbidity confirming urinary tract infection
3. Urine should be sent for culture and sensitivity and you need to be treated as early. Drink good amount of water. Discuss with your doctor regarding therapy.
