my x-ray report is bilateral maxillary and frontal ethmoidal sinuses are clear. nasal septum is central. second x-ray report is this- x-ray c, spine ap/lat vertebrae normal in shape and height IV disc are preserved facet joints and post elements are normal no evidence of cervical rib is seen no abnormality seen
