What Does Myoma Seedlings And Adnexial Mass Mean On An Ultrasound?
Hi, I am 25years. Did pregnancy test, result positive. Last menses 10th Dec. Having pains in my lower abdomen with slight bleeding. Did scan today, result says uterus is slighty bulky and anteverted. There are insignificant myoma seedlings. There is a right adnexial mass measuring 3.8cm x 3.2cm. What does this mean?

According to the reports,you have small fibroids and there is right adnexial mass measuring 3.8 cm x 3.2 cm.Adnexal mass may be due to many reasons like ovarian pathology or Tubo-ovarian mass.This need to be clinically correlated and need further investigations.
Normal pregnancy is possible with fibroids.In most of the cases,it is managed conservatively.
You should consult your gynecologist.
