Acromion is a bony part forming the shoulder joint. The movements of shoulder joint are made possible due to the presence of rotator cuff. This is a cuff like structure made of the tendons in the area. There is Tear in the supraspinatus muscle tendon at the shoulder joint. The thickness involves the full thickness and the tendon is also pulled away by about 7 mm due to the tear. There is also inflammation of the infraspinatus muscle tendon. The inflammatory changes also cause edema and swelling leading to the narrowing of space below acromion which is written as subacromion narrowing. Bursa are sac like structures at joints. There is a fluid collection in your subacromial subdeltoid bursa due to inflammation. This is known as bursitis. Please do not make heavy movements using your affected shoulder joint and take treatment and if you are at a younger age then surgery might be required.
