Pathologist and Microbiologist, Dr. Jyothi B L's Response
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows: 1. It appears to be a round cell tumor. 2. Areas of necrosis, and frequent mitosis with calcification indicates the tumor could be possibly malignant. 3. It could be a possible blastoma tumor depending on site. - nephroblastoma, medulloblastoma, retinoblastoma etc. 4. Staging and grading is necessary for prognostic evaluation.
Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
