Name Anindita Biswas ,age-31yers,height-5'2"weight-73kg,BloodGroup-O+, from kolkata,marraige date-22/11/2008,Medical history is-LMP-12/12/2008,Positive preagnency-19/01/2009,USG on 06/02/2009-uterus contain one sac in its upper part.it shows a mean diameter of 15.4mm and no foeutel structure seen on it,missed abortion.-abortion on 17/02/2009(suger pp-230mg/dl,total WBC-11600.Treatment for blood suger frommarch 2010, Huminsuline30/70 started,6 unit morning and 10 unit in evening.
lmp-20/01/2011,next conceive-28/01/2011, continuing Huminsuline30/70,USG ON 23/03/2011, Report is-uterus contain on sac,the sac shows a mean diameter of 23mm.no foetal structure seen on it. missed abortion, abortion on-25/03/2011. name of test - TB PCR Qualitative-not detected date-28/03/2011,treatment going on for blood suger-Tab Glyciphage(500mg),Inj-HM& Insulin,dosc of insulin-12 in morning & 08 in evening.

In early pregnancy the sac is formed
The membranes within the sac form the fetus
If there is any infection in the body it can lead to its delay so if the sac reaches 2 cm diameter and no fetus is seen then the pregnancy is labeled anembryonic means with out fetus in such a case a 2 weekly follow up till 2 months can be done
However the outcome is unpredictable
In my experience most females self abort or missed abortions occur ...
