What Does Non-specific Cervicitis On Biopsy Suggest?

i am 29 years old female with 2 kids and rhesus negative, i have had two abnormal pap smear results with marked inflammations, atypical glandular cells, atypical squamous cells, few clusters of atypical cells with hyperchromasia and promonent nucleoli with high N/C ratio. i did abiopsy which indicated non-specific cervicitis, i am so worried because the doctors are not telling me whether i need treatment or not, please explain to me if am developing cancer of the cervix.
