A month ago, I affected by urine infection, consulted a doctor & he advised me for urine test. In the test, Pus Cells were numerous & RBC were 3 - 4 HPF. The doctor precribed me medicines & still are in my medication. Yesterday I tested my urine & recorded Pus Cells 4-6/HPF & RBC 3-4/HPF. Is it ok or to continue the prescribed medicines.
Hi! welcome to HCM! Pus Cells in urine were numerous initially but now have reduced to 4-6/HPF this shows a marked improvement,upto 5 pus cells is taken as normal.If your symptoms have also subsided you must consult your physician and check if the course of antibiotics is complete.Take care!
