What Does Occasional Granulomas In My Biopsy Report Suggest?
Hi Doctor,uncle recently had complaints of severe dry cough and chest pain.The biopsy report shows Section shows fibrocollagenous tissue with occasional granulomas composed of epithelioid histiocytes & Langhans type of giant cells. The tissue is also infiltrated by lymphocytes. Ziehl Neelsen Stain Negative Granulomatous inflammation probably Tuberculosis. ?TB ? Maliganancy Please Kindly provide us the details about the report.

In view of this please schedule an appointment with a pulmonologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
