What Does Pain Around The Kidney Area Indicate?

Please i made ultrasoud for abdonimal to check my liver because i have homonguma 9×8×8cm Then when doctor check my kindey he found mild renal fullness 1.6cm What is that mean?? I have pain in my kidney and go toilet so much but when i had urine test it is negative result. Pleade i want to know if it is dangerois or not??
