What Does Pain Below The Sternum Indicate?
Hi. Since yesterday afternoon I’ve had a pain below my sternum, mid stomach area, it feels almost like a cramp. I wasn’t sure if it was something I should be worried about or not. I had some nausea yesterday and initially thought I had a bug but I still have the cramps/pain today.

There is certain things to be mention when it occurs which activity make it worse and which one is relieving it. Most probably that could be due to gastric trouble which will release by proton pump inhibitor. And one thing is your alcoholic.
