What Does Pain In Breast, Shoulder And Back While Having Acidity Mean?

patient is suffering from pain in the breast radiating towards other site such as shoulder,back,knee.she is also suffering from acidity very often and joint pain..she has been under medication but there is no improvement..patient want to have a check-up at cmc so i want to know which department i should consult?
presciption and reports have been attached for further suggestion

Hello,
It could be chest pain and may not be breast related pain because it is the radiating kind of pain most of the time it is due to acid peptic disease.
If I would be doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Omeprazole once in day for four weeks.
If the condition of pain remains as it is, then it can be taken for investigations like EKG, Ultrasonography and routine blood work, such case can be seen by any physician later on gastroenterologist and cardiologist can be invited.
