What Does Pain In The Right Seminal Vesicle During An Orgasm Indicate?
I just recently was diagnosed and treated for prostate cancer. It has been 7 weeks since my procedure. Right before my procedure I experienced pain in my right seminal vesical when having an orgasm . It happen 3 times in the two weeks before the procedure. Also the last time i had residual pain that stayed But it wasn t from the hifu itself. It has now been 7 weeks since the hifu and I still have this pain every time I have an orgasm and it lingers for a while afterwards. It makes having and orgasm something I don t want to do but I am told I need to have them frequently to get my erections back. I chose hifu because I am only 58 and wasn t ready to have severe errectal disfunction. I had a larger Chace of because I had dibeties that wasn t severe for years and is under control now
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, local testicular infections like epididymitis etc can cause such symptoms however testicular ultrasound should be done to rule out any signs of hernia which is a side effect of structural interventions etc. Urinalysis and semen analysis should also be done for pus cell counts and may need antibiotics cover if any abnormalities noted.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
