Hello,

Pain may be due to concussion or re bleeding or scalp hematoma or subdural hematoma et cetera. If symptoms do not improve, repeat MRI brain scan, also use pain killers like Tramadol or Paracetamol twice a day for five days.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your neurosurgeon, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
