General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Please get assessed for arthritis and get an x-ray of feet. Also, get the lab tests such as serum uric acid, RA factor, ESR, CRP, anti-CCP antibodies.

Till the time, you may take tablet Aceclofenac two times a day and take calcium supplements also. For callosities, contact the local doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
