General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.

I believe there is something wrong with your biliary tract. Could be the gall bladder.

I recommend :
- a gastroenterologist consult
- ultrasound of the abdomen. CT scan may necessary.
- a study of the biliary tract may be necessary (Mrcp) to check for stones or any other lesions.
-blood tests (complete blood count, liver and kidney function tests, lipid profile, blood sugar levels)
-an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to check for varices and bleeding ulcers.

Based on the results we can arrive at a diagnosis.
To answer your queries :
- black stools could be due to upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Liv 52 is probably not causing this
- gall stones can cause pain like this.
Please consider my recommendations and see a doctor for the above asap. Hope this helps.
Wish you good health
