What Does Pain Under The Rib Cage On The Left Side Indicate?
Yesterday I woke up with a pain on my left side under my rib cage. I walked downtown (an easy walk for me) and I had a dizziness spell, after which I had chest pains (not sharp, felt a bit like gas) for the next 8 hours. My heart rate is sort of racy, and I find I am not able to eat a lot.
these symptoms of pain under rib cage of left side may indicate that you have colitis or costochondritis or other causes for investigations if you feel pain increase after eating it means it is related to colon problems as severe spasm of colon cause this pain and so you should have less fibers containing food to help you improve if the pain increas with laughing or cough this indicate costochondritis and need to take antiinflammatory drugs for relief you should do abdominal ultrasound scan if symptoms prolonged to detect if there is any underlying problem avoid stress and anxiety will help you
wish you healthy life
