What Does Painful, Red, Circular Rash On Upper Thigh Suggest?
I have a red circular rash type thing on my upper thigh. It s hot to touch compared to the rest of my skin. In the center of this rash is a tiny white bubble. It almost looks like a pimple. It hurts to walk or to put any pressure on the affected area. I don t know what this is. Please help!

Hypersensitivity reaction is very likely and this could be having some secondary infection, either you need to wait for some time because this could come around on its own, second if this does not then you can apply "Beclomethasone with Neomycin cream" hope this information helps, take care.
