What Does Parafalcine Meningioma In A CT Scan Report Suggest?

Right parafalcine fronto-parietal lobe well defined round extra axial lesion with homogeneous post contrast enhancement, positive Dural rail sign without evidence of perilesional edima/brain parenchymal changes. Findings are more in favour of parafalcine meningioma. Mild snile brain atrophy with chronic ischemic changes in bilateral cerebral white matter pr3dominantly in fonto-partial lobes and right capsulogaanglionic region
