there is paucity of the white matter tracts in the posterior paraventricular white matter/posterior corona radita.this is associated with abnormal irregular areas of low attenuation due to gliosis at these location.there is mild ex- vaccuo dilatation of the trigones of both the latreal ventricles. crowding of sulci is seen in bilateral the rest of the brain parenchyma shows normal morphology. normal morphology of pos medulla oblongata, cerebellum .the third and fourth ventricles appear normal.no intra/extra axial bleeds pls sent a ansewr is it ct scan repot
