What Does Pelvic US Showing Haemorragic Impression Mean?

Today i have done ultrsound scan for pelvis they have mentioned in the report in OVARIES: Left ovary is enlarges in size, measures 62*32mm.A well defined cyst measyring 44*30 mm filled with internal echoes and thin septations.

The ovary shows a cyst ( margins are well defined), there are multiple internal echoes ( seen in case of non clear fluid - some other content) The most possible cause is haemorrhage cyst ( blood products).

There are thin separation with in the cyst, called septa - when this septa get thickened it will be categorised in to complex cyst.
