Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your symptoms may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
PID is suggested by enlarged left ovary and moderate inflammatory fluid in POD.
It is important to see vascularity in left ovary by colour doppler to exclude oophoritis.

Combined endometrail thickness is also increased. Biopsy of endometrium should be done to assess nature of thickening.Endometrial thickening may be due to both benign and malignant reasons.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.

Take Care
