my daughter is 4 years old. after her urine test. she had 2-4 pus cells in her report but there is no growth of bacteria and no blood cells. when she was 3 years old she got kidney problem n we treated her. i m worried that why there is a pus cell in her report.is it dangerous for her?
Your daughter's urine report is absolutely normal. Up to 5 pus cells in urine are normal /HPF. However she need clinical correlation. It is good that there is no bacterial growth and no blood cells.It also indicates non infective urine.
