What Does Pressure In The Abdomen Indicate?

I feel tightness in my stomach.. I m taking testosterone enanthate 250 mg every 5th day.. my 9th shot of testosterone due on Tuesday .. I m also taking temoxifen pill once daily.. can I take udiliv for my stomach tightness.. should i go for liver function test.. Dear sir please answer my query.. as soon as possible..
