What Does Pressure On Head And Shortness Of Breath Indicate?
I m 23 weigh 205 pounds and have been walking a lot and drinking a lot of water but when I sit down I get a lot of pressure in my head and shortness of breath. I get dizzy when I stand up to. It feels like I don t get much air and my head is full of pressure with slite headache pain in my temples. Does this call for consern?

That is called orthostatic hypotension, sudden getting up or sitting would cause it, therefore, try to make slow movements.
