What Does Prolactin In The Hormonal Test Suggest?

Hi Doc, i have been married for 4 years and no pregnancy has resulted. i decided to do a hormonal test and the following result was given to me:FSH -9.5LH -1.3PWhattttzaaaa?rolactin -11.1Progesterone - 23.06 Please can you analyze this result and prescribe a drug for me.Nancy.

Hi I did review your concern.
Hormonal test assays are always to be analyzed with the normal ranges given by that lab in their report. Can you please provide the normal range your lab has provided for each of the hormone as it would help in determining the deviation of hormones from normal. Also we need to know when the FSH and LH values were taken during your menstrual cycle as they are dynamic and change with every phase of cycle and have to be interpreted accordingly.
Prolactin seem to be normal so I am suspecting PCOS or any other similiar condition. An ultrasound of your lower abdomen/pelvis may be advantageous to determine right treatment.
