Caring son Going carefully through all reports swelling in left breastfeeding is most likely malignant. You have not provided age of your father. I would like to know habits of your father like smoking, alcohol. If he is smoker or there is history of radiation therapy chances of swelling to be malignant would increase. I would advice excision biopsy of lesion and histopathological examination of specimen. If it turns out malignant please consult oncosurgeon for further management.
